My finance and I went to New Orleans, LA., and we went by Emeril’s and I wanted to take a picture outside of his business. We did not get a chance to go inside of the restaurant on this trip, but we said that we will go back at a later time.

Cooking is another great way to express oneself through the different types of foods that they are preparing for love ones or just themselves.
What is the difference between a Chef and a Home Cook? The main difference between the two is that cooks follow recipes rather than create them. A cook’s job is much less creative than a chef’s. They make the same types of food repeatedly, following a recipe that’s given to them. This means that their job is less varied than a chef’s, but they’re equally essential to keeping the kitchen up and running.
So, what makes a Home Chef different than a Chef? A chef is a trained, experienced culinarian who has worked in a professional kitchen setting and usually occupies a more managerial role, either running a single-person department or leading a team of cooks. Chefs have a higher degree of responsibility than cooks and must be leaders as well as culinary experts. A Home Chef is someone who is willing to always try new things and operate in such a manner. He or she has no culinary skills or training and do not hold a degree as well, but can be label as an Home Chef, but a Professional Chef.

I heard about a Cooking Contest through Google and Facebook that was offered by Chef Carla Hall, and they were looking for the next Favorite Chef for 2023. I entered the Competitional with the hopes of coming in first place. After I received my information through email, I entered the Competitional where there were 25,000 people who were in each group.
Here’s the meal which I prepared for the competition in 2023. I came in fourth place and I held onto that spot for three weeks. I finished in sixth place out of 25,000 people who joined. The meal to the right was my awarding winning meal which I submitted for the competition in 2023.
It is my desires to continue to operate as a Chef, grow my business and blogs, as well as keep cooking and enter competitions and contest for the next coming years. As become the next winner.

One of the first reason when I received the phone called about being in their magazine and celebrating life in America made me pay close attention to his words. I asked him, how in the world did he find me as well as chose me to be featured in his magazine? And his answer was given to me from where I entered into a poetry contest back in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. Out of each of these years, I wrote a few poems. Over the course of entering, I ended up coming in first place for each year. There was a total of 5.1 million people who entered the contest and I was blessed to be able to be pick among the finest in the world.
After having the conversation, I accepted his inviation to be featured. I am completely blessed and excited to have millions of people to see and read about the great things that Lord Jesus Christ has blessed me with on a daily basis. It brings me great joy to celebrate my life and to leave a legacy that will surpassed everything that I have ever done in this life. One of my greatest desire is that all men and women, including all children and teenagers will repent of their sins and come to the Lord Jesus Christ. This is my most powerful purpose and this is why I used every opportuity to share the good news of the Gospel.
The two books that were featured in this magazine was the Poetry book and the Prophetic book that was given to me by the Spirit of the Lord. In the Poetry book is a listed of poems that I wrote during the years and in the Prophetic book is an account of things that the Lord revealed unto me concerning the Leaders of the Church and the World. Both books brought me great love and trust that was in trusted to me by the Holy Spirit. And it is my prayer that everyone who reads these books plus the others come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

The New Birth Center & P. K. Ministries, Inc.
In December of 2005, the Spirit of the Lord spoke to us about the overall duties of the Ministry that we were apart of at that time. After having few visitation from the Lord through dreams and visions, we realize the importance of bringing this information to our Pastor. We went to him for a number of months as well as meeting with the board members concerning what the Lord said to us. After months of speaking with them, our Pastor came to us and informed us that we should start our own Ministry instead of connecting with the Church where we were attending. After carefully praying and fasting, we came back in July of 2006 with another insightful visitation from the Spirit of God.
We soon found out the that Church where were attending was closing it’s doors and that the Pastor will no longer be our overseers. As he explain the reason for the visitation from the Lord, we later started the Ministry out of our two bedroom apartment. Just one month later we open our apartment and we continue in outreach Ministry throughout the communities.
August the first of 2006, we named the Ministry, “The New Birth Center” which stood for the outreach and community services that we were doing in the surrounding areas. Since we did not have a building, we continue to operate as a Ministry, and the Ministry continues to run even till this day in the same manner. In 2010, just four years later the Spirit of the Lord spoke to us again and P. K. Ministries was born out of the Center, along with Prophet Telly S. Griggs Ministry, The Gathering of the Lost Ministry in Dallas, TX under the leadership of Evangelist Phillip Blackshear, and a few other Ministries also was birth out of the Center.
We are continuing to bring the Lord’s message of Repentance and Restoring individual to the Kingdom of God. We are still following in the Apostles leadership and bringing the Word of God to all who will listen and received. We are also on all of Social Media as well as YouTube, and out goal is to continue to Teach the Word of until the Lord Jesus Christ comes in the air.
In the Written Word you will find these scriptures: Philemon 1:2; 1 Cor. 16:19; and Col. 4:15 that all say, ” In your house is the Church of God.”
